Blessed is the South African Muslim Ummah, that has organisations such as the Hospital Welfare and Muslim Educational Movements. We make dua and pray for the organisation's continued success.

Fifty years of dedication service and helping to sustain vital needs of our people, is an achievement we applaud, cherish and give unstinting praise for a cause well administered and nurtured. It is the organisations such as yours, that have buffeted and steered the Muslim survival, in a land of discrimination, division and exploitation. The Hospital Welfare and Muslim Educational Movement by their result and commitment to two essential covenants of the Quran and the Sunnah of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (Blessing and peace be upon Him) viz welfare and education has shown us that these two needs are intertwined and independent, so much so that to alleviate the agony of poverty and disability on the one hand and the development of the inherent ability and skills of the disadvantage, is a certain panacea for restoring the dignity and personality of a whole community and spreading the urge to uplift and root out the weeds of ignorance and spiritual emptiness.

In this progressive progress of renewal, the advantage and prosperous too, become an integral part of the transformation of the social order of revivalism and redistribution of the merciful bounties of the Almighty, to be shared by ALL His creatures. Your effective and constructive involvement in these crucial and critical fields of endeavour is a source of pride and encouragement for all of us to follow and build upon and share in your expertise and learn from your experience.
