The portfolio of Education is the key focus area of the Movement. As the Organization grew, so did its ambit of activities and increasing attention was paid to the Educational needs of needy and deserving students. It is a foundational belief of the Movement that in order to make any kind of progress and to take our rightful place that is free of discrimination, free of apathy, free of ignorance in South Africa and more broadly as a global player, education has to be a priority.






It was with this goal in mind that the Movement launched its bursary programme in 1972.
