HWMEM, constancy and consistency are not only synonymous but inseparable. Since the Movement first launched its Bursary Programme the disbursement of funds has grown steadily over the years. Over the past years, a substantial amount of money has been paid out to well-deserving students.



                                                               


The Movement continues to provide financial assistance to students from disadvantaged communities as it had done for more than forty years.Testimony of this is given by records at the University of the Western Cape by Ms Liezl Anthony, Financial Aid Officer (for Corporates), where it is revealed that the Movement is the second most consistent donor to their Education Portfolio of the South African Institute of Race Relations(SAIRR), and being the most consistent. Similarly, a search of the donor records by the Financial Aid Department at the University of Cape Town reflects a similar statistic.
